Shipping origin does not affect product quality, authenticity, or warranty coverage.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please be aware:
•    Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update
•    Tracking updates may pause temporarily while the package is in transit or undergoing customs clearance
•    Delayed or limited tracking updates do not indicate a lost package

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

•    Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability
•    Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but claimed as missing
